Saturday 13th of April saw the Mark Kenny Cup fishing match at Orrell Water Park. EDs working in partnership with The Royal British Legion branch, The Angling Trust and the Kenny family organised the event to commemorate Mark's life, who sadly took his own life in 2013 as a result of PTSD.
The event which is hoped will be an annual event was an enjoyable if slightly chilly day for all including around 20 ex servicemen who competed with Thomas Haselden the eventual winner.
