Saturday 18th August saw veterans from EDs join residents from Ancliffe Care Home for their annual Summer Fayre.
Residents, families and staff were able to enjoy an afternoon of music, dancing and fun thanks to weeks of hard work from veterans at EDs, volunteering to transform the garden into a vibrant usable space.
Over the summer EDs have been working planting flower beds, hanging baskets, cutting back overgrown trees and repainting the tired fencing and garden furniture.
The team even managed to build a Kennel feature as a memorial to the homes resident pet dog Max who passed away.
